Kikusui Funaguchi Aged 200ml

This is Funaguchi's quieter, more contemplative sibling — the same nama genshu base as the Gold can, aged a full year in cold storage before release. Because it's unpasteurized, the enzymes stay active through that year, rounding out the rough edges and building a noticeably heavier, more velvety mouthfeel than the fresh version. Still a forceful 19% ABV, but the flavor lands richer and more settled, with less of the Gold's bright, candy-like punch. A good one to compare side-by-side with the original to see what a year actually does to nama sake.
