From the certified organic Yount Mill Vineyard, located in Yountville in the Napa Valley. Farmed for five generations by the same family for over 115 years. Keep Wines fifth vintage making this delicious wine. Rustic Gamay meets a fruit forward Pinot Noir. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral oak for 12 months, this vintage they decided to ferment the wine 100% whole cluster giving it a bit more structure and slight white pepper notes. Juniper and red current on the palate and boysenberry on the nose and finish. Native yeast fermentation, unfined/ unfiltered.
