Hail Mary—our classic Fall orange wine. Two years in a row means it’s nearly a tradition! We tend to change up the blend for this one based on the year’s harvest, but last year’s combination was pretty magical, and we kind of fell in love! So, we kept our Pinot Gris/Riesling/Chardonnay trio the same for this year and just made some tweaks instead.
Ripe white cherries, jasmine-green tea, and a hint of sour gummies on the finish. Lightly floral aromatics on the nose, but balanced and refreshing without too much complexity, for easy drinking at any time (and with most anything–or nothing at all!)
45% Pinot Gris, 35% Riesling, 25% Chardonnay
10.5% ABV l 20 ppm SO2 at bottling
