Hotel Strasbourg 'Love Bird' is an organically farmed Alsatian orange wine made in collaboration with winemakers Pierre Dietrich and Xavier Couturier. 100% Gewurtztraminer, it balances the aromatic intensity typical of the region with a fresh, precise structure and good skin-contact texture. Floral, vibrant, and textured — a beautiful explosion of Grapefruit and a testament to what Alsace can do with minimal intervention.
