Heya Farha Sparkling 23

Heya Wines' 'Farha' (meaning happiness in Arabic) is made by two Lebanese mothers — Claudine and Michelle — who co-ferment indigenous Merwah grapes with locally grown Red Delicious apples from high-altitude organic vineyards in Wadi Annoubine, Lebanon. The resulting sparkling wine is a joyful haze of baked orchard fruit, citrus, and a lightly salty mineral finish. One of the most unique and heartfelt bottles in our inventory.
