Pretty cranberry (ruby-garnet) color. Cherry, spice and cranberry aromas. Light-to-medium-bodied. Sour cherry, baking spice on the palate, with bittersweet fruit watermelon candy on the finish. Wild mushroom pizza, herbed, oven-roasted chicken, a seared duck breast or any lighter grilled meats would all make good partners for this pretty, delicate, everyday wine.
