Bodegas Parra Jiménez is a family operation in La Mancha run by three brothers who farm biodynamically—Demeter certified—on two distinct vineyard sites: ancient alluvial riverbed soils at Entresendas and heat-retaining chalky clay slopes at Cuesta Colorá. The Gulp Hablo name is a play on 'gulpable,' which tells you everything about the intention: Verdejo that's honest, alive, and easy to love. Preserved lemon, lime, white peach, and a mineral backbone from those varied soils. Brilliant value from a producer that takes its farming very seriously.
