Bodegas Parra Jiménez is the Parra family's sprawling Demeter-certified biodynamic estate in La Mancha — the largest NOP-certified organic vineyard in Europe, farmed by three brothers since 1993 on the high desert plateau near Las Mesas. The Gulp/Hablo line was developed in collaboration with renowned natural winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce of Bodegas Ponce, and the Garnacha is exactly what the name promises: 100% organically farmed Grenache from two distinct vineyard sites, fermented in stainless steel, unfined and unfiltered.
