Fontalloro is one of Fèlsina's crown jewels — a 100% Sangiovese from old vines on the Chianti Classico estate that breaks away from the DOCG rules to become a Supertuscan 'vino da tavola' for the sake of purity and terroir expression. The 2018 shows the concentration and elegance of excellent Sangiovese: cherry, dried herbs, iron-tinged minerality, and finely structured tannins. Beautiful wine.
