Echeverria Wild Pet Nat

What we love about Pet Nat is that its fizz levels (lower than Champagne) mean that its softer to drink than other sparkling wines, plus it's more pronounced texture and flavours make it super food-friendly (maybe even it's bestie).
Spent yeast cells or lees remain in the bottle so you may see some sediments floating around, but these are what give it its unique characteristics.
Its signature freshness make it a perfect aperitif.
