Brianne Day sold everything she owned in 2006 and spent years traveling through wine regions before landing back in Oregon and founding Day Wines. Dazzles of Light is her joyful, low-intervention white blend—Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Melon de Bourgogne, each variety adding its own dimension. Barrel-fermented in neutral French oak with spontaneous fermentation. Mango, lemon, Meyer lemon pulp, clover honey, and chalky minerality. The kind of Oregon white that makes you wish every state took its whites this seriously.
