The Dalmore 15 is where the house's signature sherry cask program really opens up — three different types of sherry cask are used for finishing: Matusalem, Apostoles, and Amoroso, each adding its own layer of dried fruit, spice, and nutty complexity. Rich and opulent, with marzipan, orange citrus, dark chocolate, and a warming spice finish. An important step up in the Dalmore range and one of the most sophisticated Highland malts at its price point.
