From Coquelicot's certified organic estate in Santa Ynez Valley, the Béton Blanc is a skin-contact Riesling/Gruner/Chardonnay–based orange wine aged in concrete — hence the name (béton = concrete in French). Expect an aromatic explosion of tropical fruit, citrus blossom, and warm spice on the nose, followed by a creamy, textured palate.
