Domaine du Vieux Lazaret is one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape's largest and most historic estates — the Quiot family has been farming these vines for over 200 years, with parcels spread across 35 different plots and a diversity of soil types that gives the wine genuine complexity. The 2022 is Grenache-led with Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault in the blend — a cooler, more elegant vintage that produced a refined, finesse-driven Châteauneuf with red cherry, anise, lavender, and a chalky mineral lift. Polished and approachable, with real Rhône soul.
