Château de Pez exhibits deep color and harmonious composition. This complete, rich, dense wine merits prolonged ageing. Thanks to the quality of its production, Château de Pez is counted among the most highly reputed crus of the Médoc. Despite all of the surprises, fears and doubts, 2015 turned out to be a remarkable vintage. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin. It is nicely balanced, gently grippy in the mouth with a harmonious finish, but what it lacks is the persistence on the finish that would have nailed it as a great wine.
