Cazcanes Nuestras Raíces

Nuestras Raíces — 'Our Roots' — is the expression that inspired the entire Cazcanes brand. Made by third-generation maestro destilador Humberto Alvarado in the remote jungle village of La Estancita, Jalisco, using a centuries-old family recipe: hand-chopped Blue Weber agave, wild open-air fermentation with native yeast, spring water from 100 meters away, and distillation in stainless steel with copper coils. The result is intensely vegetal and herbaceous — fresh lime, cut grass, roasted pepper, and mineral salinity. They call it 'Jugo de la Selva' (Jungle Juice). It earns the name.
