This Brut Nature Spanish sparkling wine, cava, from the Bodegas Blancer winery in the Cava region of Spain, carries the name of the founder of this winery Mr. Antoni Capdevila Pujol. The base of this cava is a coupage of Macabeo, Xarello, and Parellada. Capdevila Pujol Brut Nature was aged for a minimum of two years with a traditional “rimas” rotation before it was released by this winery.
