Cuvée Natalie is a blend of 41% Sauvignon Blanc, 32% Pinot Gris and 27% Riesling. Floral aromatics meld into a core of orchard fruit, white pepper, jasmine and mint. This wine always reminds me of the white blends of northern Italy, with a dose of California fruit tempered by brisk Santa Barbara acids.
