Benedictine D.O.M Liqueur

Benedictine is one of the oldest liqueurs in continuous production — the recipe was developed by a French Benedictine monk in 1510 and has been made in Fecamp, Normandy ever since. Twenty-seven plants and spices, including angelica, hyssop, and lemon balm, are distilled and blended with aged Cognac for a complex, sweet, herbal, and slightly honeyed liqueur. Essential in a Vieux Carre and outstanding sipped slowly as a digestif.
