Babcock Chardonnay 2016
This is what you get when you blend three super cool Chardonnay vineyards together. You get a little apricot, a little Fuji Apple, some lemony salt water taffy, and if you stainless ferment it at cool temperatures, it all gets delivered like a laser beam. The three vineyards are mine, Rita’s Crown, and, right across the street, Huber, so it doesn’t get any more central Sta. Rita Hills than this.
