Antxiola is a txacoli wine made by Bodegas Zudugarai. The winery was founded in 1989 by the Errasti family, hwo have been growing grapes and making wine for over 40 years. The vineyards of the family are located near the coastline, planted with Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza among rolling hills at an elevation of 90 meters above sea level. All work among the vines is done by hand, including harvest. The wines are fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks and the wine is bottled while young and fresh to retain some effervescence.
